Lynn and Patrick have a combined 42 years in the Employee Benefits World. Patrick started in 1991 when he joined his family’s TPA firm and Lynn started in 2010 as a part-time Benefits Counselor. Patrick opened LJB Benefits in 2009 and Lynn became full-time in 2016. Lynn and Patrick opened Baker Insurance Agency LLC in 2018 and met a new milestone in 2022 with Baker Insurance Agency LLC certifying as a Texas HUB business.
